Damaged Goods:
Patch Masters cannot be held responsible for scuffs, tears, rips or crumpling of the products due to Post Danmark’s treatment of the package. Please remember to open the package in front of a postal employee. If you do not then Post Danmark will not acknowledge any damage done. Keep in mind that even if you do they’ll (in my experience with receiving packages) blame it on faulty packaging and will only offer to ship is back for possible replacement.

Stolen Goods:
Patch Masters cannot be held responsible if your package was left un-attended in an insecure postal box. Occasionally it happens that you are not home to receive your goods and the delivery person will do something very much illegal in Denmark, leave your package either on your doorstep or in the add section of your postal box. If this happens then I sincerely apologize and have to refer you to Post Danmark. Due to these reasons, if we feel that a padded envelope/package is too big to fit in a secure mail slot we will send it in a package that will come with delivery truck to be personally delivered to someone at your address.

Returning Goods:
Patch Masters offers 14 days to return packaged items from the ship date. For example if you receive the wrong item. However all packaging needs to be intact on said item. If however you need to return an item do malfunction or damage please contact us first.

Payment:
Patch Masters for the time being accepts payments via paypal, bank transfers and cash in hand. At the moment we do not accept COD.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped Post Danmark. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. If you have chosen to pay via bank transfer then we will ship out your package within 48 hours of receiving payment. We are located on Western Zealand, with Denmark being such a small country almost all orders are received 1 day after shipment but please give it 2 workdays and contact us on the third.

Shipping Cost:
As a general rule we try not to overcharge on shipping, however it's difficult to properly calculate shipping before the order is placed. Therefor we reserve the right to contact you and adjust shipping if shipping is too little or too much.
General shipping prices are:
00,00-30,00 = 17
30,01-80,00 = 27
80,01-130,00 = 37
130,01-220,00 = 45
220,01 up = 77

International Orders:
At the moment we do not accept international orders. If it’s a very small item please feel free to contact us and we might try and figure something out.
